The smart school and being smart in school is two difference thing.  It can be seen by the environment and behaviour.

The "Smart School" is one that uses a technology platform as a medium on which distance learning and specific teaching expertise are made available to remote locations including the home, with out compromise to the quality of information transfer and certified teaching methods developed locally, regionally or internationally.

To be a smart in school may differentiate by the step in how to be smart.
1. Ignore whose may bully you to be a smart.
2. Pattantion in class.
3. Study.
4. Do your assingment.
5. Talk with your lecturer and ask for help.
6. Be organized.
7. Turn in work on time.
8. Set target.
9. Try your best.
